The Vandebilt Catholic Terriers (Houma, LA) basketball edged the host Carver Collegiate Academy Rams (New Orleans, LA), 57-54 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Terriers now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they host Brother Martin for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 26. Vandebilt Catholic will play a Crusaders team coming off a 75-61 non-league loss to St. Amant (St. Amant, LA). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Carver Collegiate Academy falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-9. Fort Bend Kempner won 54-41 in their recent league bout against Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX)
