The Monument Mountain Spartans nipped the host South Hadley Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 47-44 in Monday's league outing.

Next, the Spartans face the Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 28. Monument Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Gaels enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 65-46 league win over Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA).
