The Wyoming Area Warriors basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Tunkhannock Tigers to 54 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Monday.

The Warriors now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Old Forge for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Wyoming Area will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 55-35 non-league win over Mountain View (Kingsley, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Tunkhannock falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Berwick (Berwick, PA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Wyoming Valley 2 game on Saturday, January 4. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 1-6.
