In Wednesday's league contest, the host Lassiter Trojans basketball team scored a big 68-47 triumph over the Johns Creek Gladiators.

The Trojans (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Campbell (Smyrna, GA). The Spartans go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Campbell was trounced by Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA), 54-49, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Gladiators confront the The Grace Christian Academy Eagles (Powder Springs, GA) in a contest, on Friday, January 3. Johns Creek will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 80-56 league loss to Lassiter (Marietta, GA).
