San Gabriel Academy Eagles (San Gabriel, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lucerne Valley Mustangs (Lucerne Valley, CA), 47-8 in a non-league bout.

With the win, San Gabriel Academy upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Marshall (Pasadena, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, January 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Marshall won 47-30 in their recent non-league bout against Bloomington (Bloomington, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Newbury Park Adventist Gators (Newbury Park, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Lucerne Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Gators go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 41-12 non-league win over Glendale Adventist (Glendale, CA).
