In Monday's non-league outing, the West Tallahatchie Choctaws (Webb, MS) basketball squad felled the host West Bolivar Eagles (Rosedale, MS), by a margin of 29-16.
The Choctaws (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against North Side (Shelby, MS). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, North Side was beaten by Simmons (Hollandale, MS), 34-28, in a non-league outing.
The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host McEvans for a 1A Region 5 outing on Friday, January 6.
