The Waltonville Spartans basketball team scored 75 points and limited the host Sesser-Valier Red Devils to 37 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now have a 11-0 record. They play next when they travel to DuQuoin for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Waltonville will confront a Indians team coming off a 63-28 non-league loss to Murphysboro (Murphysboro, IL). The Indians record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Sesser-Valier falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Red devils host Marissa/Coulterville (Marissa, IL) to confront the Meteors in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Meteors go into the game with a record of 3-2. Marissa/Coulterville won 76-43 in their recent league game against Lebanon (Lebanon, IL)
