North Carolina High School Basketball - Fike triumphant over Beddingfield

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Fike Demons (Wilson, NC) and the visiting Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC), observed Fike's basketball team overwhelm Beddingfield by a score of 80-33.

The Demons (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC). The Spartans come into the 3A Quad County challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Smithfield-Selma was routed by Hunt (Wilson, NC), 50-16, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bruins encounter the Hunt Warriors (Wilson, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Beddingfield will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 50-16 league win over Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC).
