The Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Berkner Rams to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Wilmer-Hutchins will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 48-32 non-league loss to Cleburne (Cleburne, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-9.

With the loss, Berkner falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Rams host Pearce (Richardson, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 6A Region I District 7 game on Friday, January 10. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 12-9.
