Illinois High School Basketball - Mendon Unity overwhelms Barry Western

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mendon Unity Mustangs (Mendon, IL) and the visiting Barry Western Wildcats (Barry, IL), saw Mendon Unity's basketball squad wallop Barry Western by a tally of 61-36.

With the victory, Mendon Unity improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Hamilton/Warsaw (Hamilton, IL) to confront the Titans in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 9. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 12-4.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans (Bushnell, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 28. Barry Western will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 63-40 non-league loss to Mendon Unity (Mendon, IL).
