The Como-Pickton Eagles basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Rivercrest Rebels to 36 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harmony for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Como-Pickton will battle a Eagles team coming off a 70-30 league loss to Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-9.

The Rebels (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Harts Bluff (Mt. Pleasant, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region II District 16 contest with a 8-9 record.
