The Independence Eagles (Thompson's Station, TN) basketball knocked off the visiting Fairview Yellowjackets (Fairview, TN), 54-45 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Spring Hill (Columbia, TN). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Spring Hill went down by Franklin (Franklin, TN), 62-59, in a non-league test.
