Southern Aroostook Warriors (Dyer Brook, ME) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Ashland Hornets (Ashland, ME), 63-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Southern Aroostook upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME) to play the Pioneers in a D North bout on Friday, December 29. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Wisdom lost 71-39 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Kent (Fort Kent, ME)

Next up, the Hornets play the East Grand Vikings (Dansforth, ME) in a D North bout, on Friday, December 29. Ashland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
