The Lyndon Institute Vikings basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting U-32 Raiders to 65 in the Vikings league victory on Wednesday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colchester for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Lyndon Institute will battle a Lakers team coming off a 55-48 non-league loss to Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT). The Lakers record now stands at 2-3.
The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Mount Anthony prevailed over Mt. Abraham (Bristol, VT), 59-57, in a non-league contest.
