The Shoals Jug Rox basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Salem Lions to 34 in the Jug Rox non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Jug Rox now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Shoals will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 61-49 non-league loss to Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-6.
The Lions (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin County (Brookville, IN). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Franklin County was defeated by Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IN), 61-49, in a non-league contest.
