With the win, Classical Magnet upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Gladiators host Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT) to clash with the Phoenix in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Phoenix go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy won 22-20 in their recent non-league bout against Grasso Tech (Groton, CT)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Vinal RVT Hawks (Middletown, CT) in a Connecticut Technical bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Prince RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 51-14 league loss to Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT).
