The Manchester Regional Falcons basketball team scored 24 points and held the visiting Garfield Boilermakers to 11 in the Falcons league triumph on Wednesday.
The Falcons now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saddle Brook for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 3. Manchester Regional will meet a Falcons team coming off a 33-32 league loss to Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 2-3.
The Boilermakers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ). The Owls enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Park Ridge ran past Emerson (Emerson, NJ), 58-27, in a non-league contest.
