California High School Basketball - Atwater bests Bear Creek

December 27, 2024: Atwater, CA 95301

The Atwater Falcons basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Bear Creek Bruins to 60 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now possess a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cosumnes Oaks for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Atwater will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to Pitman (Turlock, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Bear Creek falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Wood (Vacaville, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, December 30. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 10-4. Wood won 57-35 in their recent non-league game against Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA)
