The Auburn Trojans basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host North Mac Panthers to 35 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now have a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Auburn will confront a Cougars team coming off a 52-37 non-league win over Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia (Concord, IL). The Cougars record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, North Mac falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host Staunton (Staunton, IL) to confront the Bulldogs in a South Central game on Friday, January 10. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 12-2.
