In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Crockett Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 64-43 triumph over the Elkhart Elks.
The Bulldogs (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against Diboll (Diboll, TX). The Lumberjacks go into the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Diboll was trounced by Da Vinci (El Paso, TX), 68-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Elks confront the Crockett Bulldogs (Crockett, TX) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. Elkhart will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 17-6 record after their 65-52 non-league win over Palestine (Palestine, TX).
