Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Huntingdon bests Mount Union

December 27, 2024: Mount Union, PA 17066

The Huntingdon Bearcats basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Mount Union Trojans to 50 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bearcats now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Huntingdon County for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Huntingdon will play a Rockets team coming off a 76-70 non-league win over Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Mount Union falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA) to play the Hornets in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 3-6. Juniata Valley lost 76-70 in their recent non-league game against Southern Huntingdon County (Three Springs, PA)
