In Friday's non-league contest, the host Macomb Bombers basketball team scored a big 58-30 triumph over the Mercer County Golden Eagles.
The Bombers (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL). The Chargers go into the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Peoria Christian smashed Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL), 69-55, in a non-league contest.
