The Comets (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Russellville (Russellville, AR). The Cyclones come into the non-league challenge with a 12-2 record.

In their next game, the Apaches encounter the Clarksville Panthers (Clarksville, AR) in a 4A Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Pottsville will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record.
