In Friday's league contest, the host West Rutland Golden Horde basketball team scored a good 66-50 triumph over the Poultney Blue Devils.
The Golden Horde (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Arlington Memorial (Arlington, VT). The Eagles go into the Southern Vermont - D contest with a 1-3 record.
