The Comets now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Wilmington for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Reed-Custer will play a Wildcats team coming off a 56-29 non-league loss to Seneca (Seneca, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Serena falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Huskers travel to St. Bede (Peru, IL) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 5-9. St. Bede lost 54-37 in their recent non-league bout against Brimfield (Brimfield, IL)
