The Dragon enter the match with a record of 6-5. Freire Charter won 58-54 in their recent non-league match against Marple Newtown (Newtown Square, PA)

The Spartans now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Upper Moreland for a Suburban One - Freedom match on Friday, January 3. Springfield Township will face a Bears squad coming off a 57-34 league loss to Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Bears record now stands at 4-2.
