The Rebels (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Heber Springs (Heber Springs, AR). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Heber Springs trounced Pottsville (Pottsville, AR), 43-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Greyhounds encounter the East Poinsett County Warriors (Lepanto, AR) in a 2A Region 3 challenge, on Monday, January 6. Marmaduke will attempt to improve on its 6-13 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 57-48 non-league win over Yazoo City (Yazoo City, MS).
