Washington High School Basketball - Mt. Rainier sneaks past Kentwood

The Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA) basketball edged the host Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA), 55-52 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Rams now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Decatur for a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. Mt. Rainier will play a Golden Gators team coming off a 75-53 non-league loss to Auburn Mountainview (Auburn, WA). The Golden Gators record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Kentwood falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 6. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Kennedy Catholic won 65-39 in their recent non-league bout against Lindbergh (Renton, WA)
