The Walkertown Wolfpack basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting West Stokes Wildcats to 40 in the Wolfpack non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wolfpack now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Reidsville for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Walkertown will confront a Rams team coming off a 68-60 non-league loss to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, West Stokes falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Morehead (Eden, NC) to confront the Panthers in a game on Friday, January 3. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 5-4. Morehead lost 69-60 in their recent non-league game against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC)
