Liberty Hill Panthers (Liberty Hill, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cedar Creek Eagles (Cedar Creek, TX), 91-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Liberty Hill upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 5A Region IV District 25 bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-12. Marble Falls lost 62-45 in their recent non-league bout against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX)
Next up, the Eagles play the Hendrickson Hawks (Pflugerville, TX) in a 5A Region III District 18 bout, on Tuesday, January 4. Cedar Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 59-55 non-league loss to Shoemaker (Killeen, TX).
