Arlington Colts (Arlington, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host South Hills Scorpions (Fort Worth, TX), 81-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Arlington upgrades its record to 8-10 on the season. The Colts travel to Wilmer-Hutchins (Dallas, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Wilmer-Hutchins lost 58-49 in their recent non-league bout against Southwest (Fort Worth, TX)

Next up, the Scorpions play the North Side Steers (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. South Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record.
