The Duanesburg Eagles basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs to 51 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Schoharie for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. Duanesburg will battle a Indians team coming off a 45-33 non-league loss to Dolgeville (Dolgeville, NY). The Indians record now stands at 5-4.
The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Mayfield (Mayfield, NY). The Panthers enter the Section 2 Western - Hudson contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Mayfield was routed by Northville (Northville, NY), 61-60, in a non-league contest.
