The Lincolnwood Lancers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Edinburg Wildcats to 37 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lancers now sport a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Athens for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. Lincolnwood will play a Warriors squad coming off a 53-43 non-league win over Carrollton (Carrollton, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-4.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Nokomis Redskins (Nokomis, IL) in a MSM bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Edinburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Redskins come into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 42-26 non-league loss to Christ Our Rock Lutheran (Centralia, IL).
