Word of God Christian Academy Holy Rams (Raleigh, NC) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles (Raleigh, NC), 71-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Word of God Christian Academy upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Holy Rams travel to Prolific Prep of Napa Christian (Napa, CA) to play the Crew in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Crew come into the bout with a record of 16-0. Prolific Prep of Napa Christian won 81-69 in their recent non-league bout against Combine Academy (Lincolnton, NC)

Next up, the Eagles play the The Burlington School Spartans (Burlington, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Raleigh Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 64-51 non-league loss to Winston-Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC).
