Louisiana High School Basketball - Varnado knocked off by Riverside Academy

The Riverside Academy Rebels basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Varnado Wildcats to 44 in the Rebels league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rebels now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northlake Christian for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4.
The Wildcats (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against International (New Orleans, LA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, International was defeated by Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Avondale, LA), 42-36, in a non-league contest.
