The Sparta Academy Warriors ran past the host South Choctaw Academy Rebels basketball team by a final score of 56-40 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Escambia Academy Cougars (Atmore, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 30. Sparta Academy will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 56-52 non-league win over Central Christian (Robertsdale, AL).
