The Bryce Valley Mustangs basketball team scored 29 points and restricted the host Tabiona Tigers to 22 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Escalante for a 1A Region 20 contest on Wednesday, January 4. Bryce Valley will battle a Moquis team coming off a 48-44 non-league win over Green River (Green River, UT). The Moquis record now stands at 4-4.

The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wayne (Bicknell, UT). The Badgers come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Wayne edged Piute (Junction, UT), 46-42, in a league contest.
