North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 77-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Rowan upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to West Davidson (Lexington, NC) to play the Dragons in a 1A/2A Conference 33 bout on Friday, January 6. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 2-10.

Next up, the Mustangs play the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. East Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 48-34 non-league loss to Carson (China Grove, NC).
