The West Plains Zizzers basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Marshfield Bluejays to 44 in the Zizzers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Zizzers now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nixa for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. West Plains will battle a Eagles team coming off a 49-39 non-league win over West Plains (West Plains, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

The Bluejays (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Branson (Branson, MO). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Branson was nudged by Parkview (Springfield, MO), 69-64, in a non-league contest.
