In Wednesday's league outing, the St. James Saints (St. James, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers (New Ulm, MN), by a count of 78-38.

The Saints (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against New Ulm (New Ulm, MN). The Eagles go into the AAA Section 2 outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, New Ulm smashed Chatfield (Chatfield, MN), 67-43, in a non-league outing.

The Chargers now hold a 1-4 record.
