In Thursday's non-league outing, the Baldwinsville Bees (Baldwinsville, NY) basketball squad felled the host East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans (East Syracuse, NY), by a margin of 44-32.

The Bees (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Westhill (Syracuse, NY). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Westhill topped Homer (Homer, NY), 63-35, in a league bout.

Next up, the Spartans play the West Genesee Wildcats (Camillus, NY) in a Section 3 Salt City - Metro bout, on Wednesday, January 3. East Syracuse-Minoa will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 68-56 non-league win over Marcellus (Marcellus, NY).
