With the win, Van Vleck upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Leopards travel to Edna (Edna, TX) to play the Cowboys in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Edna won 74-50 in their recent league bout against Palacios (Palacios, TX)

Next up, the Blackcats play the Seven Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Bay City will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 18-2 record after their 79-62 league win over Paetow (Katy, TX).
