In Thursday's non-league outing, the Hartford Central Tanagers (Hartford, NY) basketball squad beat the host Salem Generals (Salem, NY), by a margin of 54-42.
The Tanagers (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against Warrensburg (Warrensburg, NY). The Burgers go into the Section 2 Adirondack outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Warrensburg was topped by Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY), 62-49, in a non-league outing.
The Generals now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Hadley Luzerne for a Section 2 Adirondack outing on Thursday, January 4.
