Alabama High School Basketball - Terrell Academy nudges Lakeside School

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Terrell Academy Eagles (Dawson, GA) basketball squad edged the host Lakeside School Chiefs (Eufaula, AL), by a count of 35-31.
The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their outing against Deerfield-Windsor (Albany, GA). The Knights go into the GIAA AAAA/AAA District 3 outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Deerfield-Windsor was tipped by Glenwood (Phenix City, AL), 43-39, in a non-league outing.
The Chiefs now hold a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Evangel Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, January 5. Lakeside School will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Hooper Academy (Hope Hull, AL). The Lions record now stands at 5-7.
