The New Berlin West Vikings basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting West Bend Suns to 55 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wisconsin Lutheran for a Woodland - West contest on Thursday, January 4. New Berlin West will play a Vikings squad coming off a 79-50 non-league win over Neenah (Neenah, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 11-0.

Next up, the Suns play the West Bend West Spartans (West Bend, WI) in a North Shore challenge, on Friday, January 5. West Bend will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 54-51 non-league win over Kewaskum (Kewaskum, WI).
