The Sylva Bay Academy Saints topped the host River Oaks Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 41-32 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Saints face the Newton County Academy Generals (Decatur, MS) in a MAIS 3A District 3 game, on Thursday, January 4. Sylva Bay Academy will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record. The Generals enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 40-27 league loss to Laurel Christian (Laurel, MS).
