Texas High School Basketball - Broaddus knocked off by Tenaha

The Tenaha Tigers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Broaddus Bulldogs to 35 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelbyville for a 2A Region III District 23 contest on Tuesday, January 2. Tenaha will battle a Dragons team coming off a 46-27 non-league win over Mt. Enterprise (Mt. Enterprise, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 13-7.
The Bulldogs (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Chapel Hill ran past Beckville (Beckville, TX), 69-22, in a non-league contest.
