With the victory, Jenkins improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY) to confront the Wildcats in a District 59 challenge on Friday, December 29. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Titans confront the Rye Cove Eagles (Clinchport, VA) in a Cumberland challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Twin Springs will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 54-10 non-league win over Holston (Damascus, VA).
