In Thursday's non-league outing, the Litchfield Cowboys (Litchfield, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Wolcott RVT Wildcats (Torrington, CT), by a margin of 55-26.
The Cowboys (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Gilbert (Winsted, CT). The Yellowjackets go into the Berkshire outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Gilbert smashed Platt (Meriden, CT), 63-47, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Kaynor Tech for a Connecticut Technical outing on Tuesday, January 2. Wolcott RVT will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 34-20 non-league win over Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.
