California High School Basketball - Kennedy holds off AGBU

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Kennedy Fighting Irish basketball team scored a close 59-52 triumph over the AGBU Titans.

The Fighting Irish (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Oxford Academy nipped Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA), 58-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Titans confront the Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. AGBU will attempt to better on its 15-2 season record. The Lancers go into the contest with a 11-5 record after their 63-13 non-league win over Magnolia (Anaheim, CA).
